LG 55 Inch Class 4K HDR Smart LED TV (54.6'' Diag), Model # 55UM6910PUC and you iPad have to be connected to the Wi-Fi network and then you would need need to swipe up from the bottom of your screen to access the control center and tap AirPlay. You then need to tap on the name of the TV so you can stream content to it. You should see the icon of the TV or speaker next to each device so you know what type of content you can stream. You might need to scroll to see all the available devices in the device list on an iPad. If you are being prompted for a password, it is probably the password for your network.
