I'm guessing that this is a YouTubeTV issue. I have had no issues using HULU, Netflix or ChannelPLus. I do not have YouTubeTV. I would recommend testing the audio on some other platforms besides YouTube. I completely understand the idea of now wanting to figure out returns during the time of Cornonavirus. Good Luck!
