Questionhow about picture burn in i have the c8pua i've had it for only 9 months already burn places in the screen and TV has started quiting on me LG has said that they would send processor board but would not send a new screen for TV WOW

- Answer A soundbar can be connected to the OLED55E8 via HDMI ARC or Optical. If the soundbar has bluetooth capability, it may also be able to be connected via bluetooth. ^CP

QuestionWhat is height and width of the piece on the back of the OLED that is the electrical housing? It looks like it should be 2-3” short of the total total width, but I need exact width and height. Thanks!

- Answer The housing for the electronics in the back of the LG E8PUA 4K HDR Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® - 55" Class (54.6" Diag), Model # OLED55E8PUA has a width of 45.748" (1162 mm). Regrettably, the Mechanical Product Specifications do not give a height for the housing. However, if it's of any help, the second step on the housing is 16.23" from the top of the panel...^IFV

QuestionWhat is the native refresh rate for this tv?

- Answer Refresh rate is an LED/LCD specification. OLED's have a native 120 Hertz panel and have a refresh rate of as low as 0.001 ms which for reference is around 1,000 times faster than a standard LED/LCD panel. ^CP

QuestionIs the glass screen better than the plastic, and why?

- Answer I think it serves more as a design element. It could also have something to do with handling reflections from windows/lights around it too though? It does handle those very well. The glass panel looks absolutely gorgeous.

QuestionIs the ONLY differences (other than minor weight and dimension differences) between the 2018 C8 model and the 2018 E8 model the glass design (offered on the E8) and the speaker output (40W for C8 and 60W for E8)?

- Answer the picture is many times better so is the sound and the 4k is much brighter and sharper the sound and picture is totaly unbeliable there is no other tv like it
