“Can I download an add apps thats not already installed on the tv?”

The tv went buy internet to a site of my choice then started up with some weird interface like it was programmed for tv content already. It’s the future as the browser went away and it had many pull downs and colors. But yes I believe if you can find it as an app it can be downloaded and run also has full webos
