You need to keep it on a channel that supports the type of sound quality you like. Put it on a sports game and then choose the right sound category. Same for movies, music etc. Don't just leave it in one for everything

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for your interest in the LG LG 55 Inch Class UR9000 series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS 23 w/ ThinQ AI TV (55UR9000PUA) model. If you are experiencing sound issues with your LG 55UR9000PUA TV, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try: • Check the volume level and make sure the TV is not muted. You can do this by pressing the volume up button on your remote or accessing the volume settings through the TV's menu • Ensure that the TV's audio output is set to the correct source. If you are using an external sound device, such as a soundbar or home theater system, make sure it is properly connected and set to the correct input • Try adjusting the picture/sound sync control settings. This can help if there is a mismatch between the video and audio when using external devices or audio systems. The method for accessing these settings may vary depending on your TV model, so refer to the user manual or LG's support website for specific instructions. • If the issue persists, try using a different audio cable or connecting the media device to another TV to rule out any cable or device issues • Check the TV's balance settings to ensure that the sound is not skewed to one side. You can adjust the balance through the TV's menu under the sound settings • Consider the room acoustics. In a large room, the TV's built-in speakers may not provide sufficient sound quality. In this case, you may want to consider using a soundbar, sound plate, or home theater system to enhance the audio experience.
