You should check the slant on a/cb if it lean to far into room u wlll get water on your carpet. If it’s sloped to far down in the back that might be why you get the water problem? There is a little hole in the bottom of the ac, for drainage if the water is coming to fast it will overflow out the back n sided

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Typically its going to do this particularly in very humid weather. Condensation will form on the “plumbing” and needs to drain somewhere. The installation instructions recommend that the unit be positioned so that the back of the unit is lower than the front... ...just for this reason. Ours drips on our deck in very humid weather. We place a container to catch it and periodically empty it.
