“How does this unit drain the collected condensation water? I have read some reviews that say it has leaked into the house running down the wall from the sill.”

• It has a hole on the back side to drain water. It comes with a plastic piece to insert into the hole which extends out to keep the water away from the unit. If installed properly with an angle down out the window the water should flow to the back of the ac and out the hole

• This is not a problem. The unit, like all window units should be installed to slightly tilt out the window.

• It drains into a pan that’s part of the AC unit and goes down toward the back of the AC.
