Thank you for your interest in the LG LW1223HR.AT3AUSL model. The LG LW1223HR air conditioner is designed to operate on 230V. It cannot be connected to a standard 120V outlet without the use of a voltage converter or without rewiring the electrical circuit to support 230V.
