• If it is stainless steel, try using furniture polish. It works very well. Much better than any stainless steel cleaning product or wipes that I have tried.

• I am not having that problem. Truth be told, if there are spots on the oven after use, I wipe it out immediately. Nothing comes off easy after spotting and then baking multiple times. Don't know if that is the case, but that's all I've got for you.
