The LG 6.3 Cu. Ft. Freestanding Electric True Convection Smart Range with Air Fry and InstaView® - Stainless Steel, Model # LREN6325XE, has a Black Ceramic + Grey Pattern cooktop. Copper cookware is an excellent heat conductor, but discolors easily and may leave metal marks on glass-ceramic. If copper pans slide across the ceramic cooktop, they may leave metal marks, which resemble scratches. Types of cookware that you should not use with ceramic glass cooktops are: Cast Iron, which can scratch the cooktop and cause damage. Glass may scratch the cooktop and can crack if placed directly on the cooktop. Stoneware can be porous and prone to cracking under high heat, potentially damaging the cooktop surface. Abrasive Cookware can scratch the cooktop and make it more difficult to clean, and Decorative Cookware can melt or fuse to the cooktop surface....^Ivan.
