350 °F is the default temperature for the Bake cycle on the LG - 6.3 Cu. Ft. Freestanding Gas True Convection Smart Range with EasyClean®, Air Fry and UltraHeat™ 20K Burner - Stainless Steel, Model #LRGN6325X, which has a minimum temperature setting of 170°F / 80°C, and a maximum temperature setting of 550°F / 285°C. It is also the default temperature for the Convection Roast and Convection Bake modes, but when using convection bake and convection roast, the convection auto conversion feature will automatically convert entered regular baking temperatures to convection baking temperatures. When this feature is enabled, the display will show the actual converted temperature. For example, if you enter a regular recipe temperature of 350°F and press the START button, the display will show the converted temperature of 325˚F...^Ivan.
