What to do if the oven keeps shutting itself off null

Hi Carol.Has the LG 6.3 Cu. Ft. Self-Cleaning Freestanding Electric Convection Range with EasyClean - PrintProof™ Black Stainless Steel, Model # LRE3194BD been doing this since it was installed? A common that can cause your oven to just shut down is ventilation. If the airflow is restricted or blocked in some way your oven can overheat which will cause it to shut off. Check to make sure that the range oven is plugged into its own dedicated outlet and that it is not sharing the outlet with any other appliance or other device....^IFV

Mine does not do this I would call service tech
