You need to pose this question to an electrician. You can replace the 40 amp breaker with a 50 amp breaker, but only the the house wiring is sized large enough to safely handle the 50 amps. It isn't a good idea to only use some of the burners or oven. Someone will try it sooner or later and trip the breaker. You don't want to repeatedly trip the breaker.
