“I just used convention oven for the first time and needed to get temp up to 400 but could only get it to go to 380 . What did I do wrong? I kept setting it at 400 and then pushed start.”

• The convection automatically sets temp back 20 degrees to prevent over cooking due to the speed convection cooks.
