“The heating element on the top inside of the range seems to be hanging low. Its been like this since our purchase/install. The front hangs a bit lower than the back...am i missing support brackets or is this normal? I'm afraid to burn myself.”

This oven is garbage. I had similar concerns when it as first delivered but I justified it saying it was so expensive it is probably just me... I wish I listened to myself. We are just over a year and the oven is worthless. Because it's outside of warranty I am stuck with it. My advice is return it and get something else while you still can.
