“Can you use a flat square griddle on the cooktop. The shape of the griddle will exceed the round cooking surface. Will this damage the cooktop?”

• The cooking surface is large. As long as griddle has smooth bottom I don’t believe it would do anything to cooktop. I just make sure all pans are smooth and haven’t had any issues. It’s very simple to clean with cooktop cleaner or dish soap.
