“Major concerns 1st day owner. Oven says it's preheated to 350 in 10 min, not the 15 min per manual. My thermometer says no it's not, it's only 310 degrees. It took 5 more min to reach 350.”

Pay over $1,000 for an oven that tells you it is preheated when it is not. You must rely on a $10 thermometer to tell you the correct temperature.
