Range ovens are heavy but if you have assistance moving a gas range to where you want it installed, you can simply plug the attached electrical power cord into your outlet and you don't need an electrician for that. If it is this electric range oven that you are inquiring about, electric range ovens do not come with a power cord attached and the power cord has to be purchased separately, and attached to the terminal block on the electric range oven, and for that, you will need a qualified, licensed electrician...^Ivan.
