If only one burner is working at a time on the LG 6.3 Cu. Ft. Smart Slide-in Electric Induction Convection Range with EasyClean® and Air Fry - Stainless Steel, Model # LSIL6332FE, that would indicate a tripped or inadequate circuit breaker causing power issues, or faulty wiring in the terminal block. The stove requires a 40-50 amp circuit. If it is connected to a lower-rated breaker, using more than one burner will cause the breaker to trip or force the stove to limit power. Your range oven is new, so this shouldn't be an issue, but you may also want to check the terminal block where the range connects to home power to make sure it hasn't burnt, or that it is loose, or that there are corroded connections, limiting power to multiple burners....^Ivan.
