Vanessa's answer didn't answer the question. She simply copy/pasted it from the LG database. The rack she described is not the one that came with the oven. As can be seen from the attached photo there are no glides. This is clearly a feature that was changed or added for this oven without updating the database and oven manual. No one at LG appears to know the answer to this simple question.
