“Have had this stove for 3 months but the broiler even at High setting takes a LONG time to heat up and cook. What took 10 minutes with my old GE takes 20 - 30 minutes with this one. Any suggestions?”

• Hi robusto400. The Broil Element for the LG 6.3 cu. ft. Gas Single Oven Slide-in Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LSG4513ST has a BTU rating of 14,500 BTU when used with natural gas and a BTU rating of 12,500 when used with Liquefied Propane (LP) gas. The BTU ratings for the broil element may be higher than those for your previous range oven which is why it may be taking longer to heat up. You can contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 to inquire if that is normal or if there is anything that can help to have it heat up quicker...^IFV
