“We are looking at this oven for our home in Wilmington. I see the lower oven goes right to the floor.Is there any issues with heat and the flooring underneath the lower oven. Most ovens have a warming tray down there so it doesn't every get that hot.”

• We have tile flooring. I haven’t noticed any excessive heat.

• No, the insulation around the lower oven keeps the heat contained. You should not have any problems with the flooring.
