“What kind of griddle pan can be used in the middle stove ?”

• Need a small rectangle pan. Large ones work too but for tyrosine of the burner a small is a better fit.

• Probably any kind. We have a basic Calphalon griddle, and it works great.

• I have a larger griddle pan. But I think a small slim one would work.
