My range did not comes with a griddle, despite the response given by LG here. I reached out to Best Buy customer service and they confirmed that this range does not come with a griddle.

The griddle is cast iron & you need to lightly spray oil before using. I always hand wash my cast iron items as they need to be "re-seasoned" if scrubbed. Cleaning is very easy. Just run hot water over griddle & wipe with paper towel. Use plastic scraper for anything stuck on.
