“New refrigerator delivered on Tuesday and setting on Colder with not much success of items being cold. Moved to coldest yesterday and still not cold. Freezer compartment is same temperature as fridge. Any suggestions? Fridge is operating.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you look at the photos, you will see that it does have a freezer section; it just doesn't have a separate door for it. This was a more common design in older refrigerators, the idea being that the freezer section would have extra refrigeration coils or that the temperature would get warmer as you moved down the refrigerator. There is a question posted about whether this freezer section can be turned off or not, but there is disagreement on the answer.
