Follow-up to previous answer: non-LG Bluetooth headsets *might* also work with this TV model, but you may experience audio/video sync issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I assume you mean an "output" for earphones or a headset rather than an "input." As far as I can tell from the instructions there is no mini earphone jack that would accept standard earphones or ear buds. There is a USB port which is labeled "USB input" but I assume this is for say playing something back through the tv from another device like a smartphone or camera rather than USB headphones. The tv is also bluetooth capable and I was told that it could be paired wirelessly with bluetooth headphones. I have not yet tried this but it was one of the reasons I selected this set. Instructions are terrible. There is not even a drawing of the back of the set showing all connections and since it is already wall mounted I would have to take it down to actually see all the potential connections, so I may be wrong on the above.

To listen with headphones, best bet is to buy one of many LG Bluetooth headphones that offer the feature called "LG Sound Sync" (like HBS-700, HBS-730, HBS-800, among others), or to listen to the TV via a sound bat that does have a headphone jack.
