Make sure that the HDMI port on your Cable Set-Top box that you are connecting to the LG 60 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV (59.5'' Diag), Model # 60UM6900PUA are HDMI Outputs.If you have other devices that connect to TVs via HDMI, try connecting them to the HDMI ports on the TV to see if you get a signal.
