“Our current LG tv is in our living room with lots of windows, it's a very bright room. The TV is very dark even after adjusting the settings. Will this tv be any better? There was a article on TVs and it mentioned that LG perform poorly in bright rooms.”

Many times picture quality troubles can be resolved with a few tweaks to the settings.
