“We purchased this TV a couple months ago and use google Chromecast to cast apps that aren’t available such as HBOMAX (will this be available?) We have to unplug plug back in and reset WiFi, every time. Is this a universal issue? Can it be fixed?”

Hi WiFi. Having to reset Wi-Fi for the LG 60 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV (59.5'' Diag), Model # 60UM6900PUA when using Google Chromecast with the TV is not a universal issue and appears to be isolated to your Google Chromecast. We do not have reports on other media streaming devices having this issue. It may be that the Chromecast is losing the Wi-Fi connection when it is unplugged. We recommend that you reach out to Google for assistance. With regard to the availability of HBOMax, it is not currently available on our platform. However, we are continually working to add the latest streaming applications, such as HBO, but cannot provide a concrete timeline right now. In the meantime, you can access much of the HBO content through the Amazon Prime, YouTube TV or Apple TV+ apps that are available on our platform...^IFV
