“So when it is delivered do they bring it in house? I am going to get installation but they deliver it first. I know I can’t pick it up.”

• Yes. They brought it into the house and set it on the floor in the family room where I directed them to set it. The only problem was they gave a 6 hour window during which time they'd bring it. They contacted us shortly before arriving which was helpful.
