• Your windows should be wider than the width of the Air Conditioner. The LG - 6,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner - White, Model # LW6015ER is designed for installation in standard single-hung or double-hung windows that have an actual opening width from 22" to 36". The upper and lower sash must open sufficiently to allow a clear vertical opening of 13" from the bottom of the upper sash to the window stool.
