Rather than continue to mess around with BestBuy, we ordered this TV from another reputable online company who shipped it directly to us at the same price and no shipping cost. That company was a pleasure to work with. No hassle. Best solution to my problem.

My thinking is that there is some sort of range on how far best buy (delivery) people will drive within a store's catchment area. Sadly, you seem to be well outside this area. I bet it is somewhere around 30 miles (maximum). You should probably chat with a best buy representative.
