Don't know, but in the past I have found help on some of the user electronics sites. I have repaired or replaced a few simple parts such as color guns and cooling fans. Old advice here is still the best. Do not leave screens (monitor or TV) on for extended periods with no action. In games you can place the games on pause and turn off the TV. When you return to play just turn the TV on and you will still be where you left off.
