Please go to Settings > All Settings > General. Select About this TV. Select Check for Updates to make sure your TV has the latest update. Can you make sure to log out of all other devices that you may be logged into Hulu from? Should you need further assistance, please contact us at (800) 243-0000 between Mon. to Sun. 8AM - 9PM EST.
