• Hey there. If you are encountering this issue with this LG - 65" Class C2 Series OLED evo 4K TV OLED65C2PUA, attempt to do the following; Power on your LG Smart TV, Access the Settings by pressing the Settings button on the remote, Go to All Settings, then select General, Select System and click on Additional Settings, Click on Home Settings, Turn off the toggle icon under Home Promotion. This will turn off the sponsored ads from your LG Smart TV home screen. Hope this information helps. ~Anthony

• I do remember seeing the ads in the beginning, but believe there is a setting to turn it off. Haven’t noticed any ads since going through all the settings.
