Have you gone into the settings menu and turned on A1? It will set the controls for the best picture in your environment. It’s fantastic!!

Then invest in an ultra high speed HDMI cable. Lastly, check the settings on your TV to ensure it is set to 4K: Setting > General > Devices > HDMI Settings > HDMI Deep Color > 4K

Please try again later.Having a hi-speed HDMI cable will also help and be sure your setting is for 4K which can be found in Settings > General > Devices > HDMI Settings > HDMI Deep Color > 4K That will drastically improve your reception issues if you have the Comcast / Xfinity 4K cable box.
