A:AnswerHi there! Thank you for your question about the OLED65C3PUA. We understand that unfamiliar cords can be a bit confusing.
The cord you’re describing is likely the power cable or possibly an HDMI cable with a unique connector. The "funny looking ends" are typically designed to fit specific ports on the TV or other devices. The other end of the cable connects to a power source or another device for audio and video transfer.
If you have any further questions or need assistance with the connections, please don’t hesitate to send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport. Our team is more than happy to help! We appreciate your patience. —Avril
A:AnswerNot common at all and has not been common since 2020. You will purposely have to go out of your way and spend a very extreme amount of time to get burning on modern day OLEDs. Even with accelerated burning tests from Rtings it has taken a year just to get some image retention. That is with an extreme accelerated test. So basically you would have to watch the same exact thing with no changes everyday at the highest brightness with all the safe guards like Pixel shift Logo dimming and Pixel cleaning for at least 2 years just to image retention. Rtings dont even mention burn ins on their ratings anymore

A:AnswerI doubt the warranty would cover the cracked screen unless you got some type of extended warranty that explicitly states this which you would probably pay more for. I am sure they would cover the pixels under the warranty because that is a manufacturer defect.
