It is normal for the volume level to be different for apps and TV programming on theLG 65" Class C4 Series OLED evo 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2024), Model # OLED65C4PUA, or on any TV regardless of brand or manufacturer.
Depending on the app (streaming service), the surround sound volume may be louder if it's streaming from a device that's connected to the (eARC/ARC) HDMI® port on your TV. Some open louder than others, and you may need to adjust the volume for each app individually.
