Have you tried the following: 1) Make sure your tv is connected to your wifi? 2) Rebooted your wifi / router? 3) unplugged and replugged your tv an router? (10 sec before replugging) 4) was a update to Netflix performed? (usually a message will pop up) Also, is this only a specific movie? Or all Movies? Does it happen with TV series? or other shows?
