Is this edge lit? null

This tv is edge lit. And you can notice the edge lighting when your in a dark room. However I wouldn’t say it’s distracting. This TV is a step below OLED. So for the price that’s what you get. But again LG TVs have some of the best panels . So even if you can find a tv that’s not edge lit, the picture might not be as clear,
