“Does this TV support eArc so I can properly use with the Sonos Arc?”

Hi mwl1961. eARC is an HDMI 2.1 specification and the LG NanoCell 86 Series 4K 65 inch Class Smart UHD NanoCell TV w/ AI ThinQ® (64.5'' Diag), Model # 65SM8600PUA does not have HDMI 2.1 ports so it does not support eARC. HDMI 2 on the TV is an HDMI ARC port that can be connected to an AV amp or Soundbar is only compatible with HDMI ARC Keep in mind that while you can connect an HDMI eARC port to an AV amp or Soundbar that is s only compatible with HDMI ARC, it’s likely you’ll get a sound - but the bandwidth restrictions of ARC will mean you won’t be able to experience the high bitrate audio that eARC can provide. So eARC is not backwards-compatible...^IFV
