Netflix is not an Internet Channel. It is one of the preloaded Premium Content Provider apps that can be found in the LG Nano 9 Series 4K 65 inch Class Smart UHD NanoCell TV w/ AI ThinQ® (64.5'' Diag), Model # 65SM9000PUA. The TV features the LG Channels app which combines premium, digital internet channels with your broadcast or cable television lineup.You can access the channels by pressing the Home button on the TV's remote, then navigating to Settings , then select LG Channels. By default, LG Channels may not be set to ON, but you can press the toggle switch on the LG Channels menu to activate it. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When you press the Home button, all Apps pop up on the bottom of the screen. You can choose which ones to install. Netflix is also a dedicated button on the remote. I installed: Amazon, Plex, etc. without issues.
