Had the same thing, just repeat the "try again", it worked for me the second try.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There was an issue with the LG server. I bought mine today, and the same thing happened. It's been fixed. If yours still isn't working, you can try changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 from what I read while trying to figure mine out.
