Hi Stephanie. Regrettably, without knowing what connectivity your Bose L1 Model II System has and if it can play CD-G or CD+G discs, we cannot determine if you can connect it to the LG 65 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV (64.5'' Diag), Model # 65UM6900PUA to sing karaoke. The TV can be connected to external devices in one of two ways. The first is via its Optical Digital Audio Output using an Optical Cable. The second way is through the HDMI IN 2/ARC port on the TV which can be connected to an HDMI ARC port on an external device using an HDMI cable. You can check your owner's manual for your speaker system or contact its manufacturer to see what connectivity it has and how to connect to a TV and to find out if it can play the CD-G or CD+G karaoke discs. There are other ways to play Karaoke on the TV from YouTube through your smartphone...^IFV
