“Is it possible to sign into my HBO account on this device? I've tried through the Apple TV App that is included but it only prompts me to start a subscription - my family already has one so I would prefer not to cancel and restart.”

Actually just another question on the same subject... So if I have amazon prime and have hbo Cinemax showtime and stars through amazon it will play with no problems on this os????

Please try again later.The HBO app is not compatible with the LG 65 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV (64.5'' Diag), Model # 65UM6900PUA, but since Hulu is a preloaded app on the TV, you can also add HBO to your Hulu base plan and stream HBO shows, hit movies, comedy specials and more. Once you add HBO to your Hulu subscription plan, you can stream HBO using the Hulu or HBO NOW app. If you are being prompted to start a subscription, you should be able to enter the information for your existing HBO account without having to cancel or restart. The services provided by the built-in apps on the TV are solely the responsibility of the app developer so if you are having issues signing in to your HBO account with their app, you will need to contact them for assistance...^IFV
