We're sorry to hear that your TV turns off by itself. There are several potential reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to address the problem: 1. Check Power Off Timer: The TV may have a Power Off Timer setting that automatically turns it off after a certain period of inactivity. Ensure this setting is turned off to prevent automatic shutdowns. 2. Disable HDMI-CEC (Simplink): HDMI-CEC functionality can sometimes cause issues, such as the TV turning on or off when connected devices are activated. Try disabling HDMI-CEC in your TV settings to see if it resolves the problem. 3. Update Firmware: Ensure that your TV's firmware is up to date, as outdated firmware can introduce bugs leading to unexpected shutdowns. Check for and install any available software updates for your TV model. 4. Power Cycle: Turn off the TV, unplug it, press and hold the power button on the TV for 30 seconds, keep it unplugged for 5 minutes, then plug it back in and switch it on. 5. Factory Reset: If the issue persists, consider performing a factory reset on your TV to revert it to its original settings. Just make sure to note down your settings before resetting.
