“When machine is running, the glass lids fogs all up and I cannot see the laundry. Is this normal? I've watched videos and you can generally see inside. Do I have a faulty machine?”

Mine does not fog. Maybe it’s not sealed correctly.

Please try again later.Fog or condensation is caused when moist air comes in contact with cooler dry air similar to when your shower glass and bathroom mirror will steam up after a hot shower. This type of “sweating” can occur can occur on both the inside and outside of your glass due to temperature differentials. This is normal.
