• Yes, the dryer electricity cord is separate from the dryer and the installers use the correct one for what is available where it is being installed.

• Yes, as it turns out, the power cord of this dryer is equipped with a 3-prong (grounding) plug which mates with a standard 3-prong (grounding) wall outlet.
