• When I got my new washer and dryer from best buy the delivery was free and they would have hauled the old one away but I gave it to my son.

• Yes on the delivery. We did not have to use the pick up service. Therefore, I did not ask. Best Buy did a great job.

• Yes, at this time this LG electric dryer is eligible for free delivery. All orders placed for delivery include old appliance pickup and haulaway.
