I use normal setting. Haven’t had any problems with towels not drying on the first time.

I have been putting about 4 to 6 regular-size towels in a time on a Normal sensor setting. I change it to the 20-minute drying setting if it still needs more drying time. In my experience, this has worked out well so far.

I'll answer my own question since I used the dryer for my towels.
AutoSense on Normal worked fine
